4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to determine whether there is a correlation between work ethics and work commitment to employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Samarinda Branch. The number of samples used as research is 100 employee. The data collection method used was the scale of work commitment and work ethics scale. The collected data were analyzed using the Pearson R Correlation Test for the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program 21.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that there was a positive correlation between work commitment and work ethic, with a value of r = 0.359 and a Sig value = 0.000 (p <\/strong><\/li>\n
