4. Description [Abstrak] : esearch on the analysis of Maslow\u2019s hierarchy of nedd and future orientation in early adult gamers. The researcher used qualitative research based on the phenomenology approach, the data collection method in this study used observation and in-depth interviews on all four subjects. Respondents were taken based on purposive sampling, namely the selection of subjects in the study based on the characteristics that meet the objectives that have been defined. Results showed that the four subjects described Maslow\u2019s hierarchy of needs and different future orientations. In the first subject AN, can actualize themselves as female gamers, can develop their abilities, so AN subjects have a clear picture of future orientation, one of which is to become professional gamers go international. The second subject of HB is fulfilled in terms of security needs as early adult gamers, so that HB subjects have a description of future orientation in the appropriate field of work in their fields. The third subject of FI was fulfilled on taste needs valued as gamers, the subject did not get support from both parents, so FI subjects had a picture of future orientation that was not directed. In the fourth ER subject, it is sufficient for the security needs as early adult gamers, so that the ER subject has a picture of future orientation in the field of work in accordance with their fields.<\/strong><\/li>\n
