4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to determine the corelation between workload relations and trunover intentions at employees of PT. MNC sky vision Samarinda City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was employees of PT. Samarinda City MNC sky vision is 54 employees. The data collection method used is the scale of the turnover intention and the scale of workload. The collected data was analyzed by product moment correlation test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between workload and trunover intentions, with a correlation value of 0.694 and a Sig value of 0.000 (P <\/strong><\/li>\n
