Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> This study aims to determine the opportunities and constraints of partnership Indonesia \u2013 New Zealand within the framework of AANZFTA and how the interests of each party in the economic relations between Indonesia \u2013 New Zealand. Research methods that I used in this research is descriptive method of analysis with literature review of data collection techniques (library research). Datas were collected and then analyzed using qualitative research data analysis techniques. \nThe results showed that within the framework of AANZFTA more or less has changed the development of cooperative relationships between New Zealand and Indonesia. The existence of this agreement is a factor to influence the way the development of bilateral economic that ties Indonesia \u2013 New Zealand. Indonesia is an important cooperation partner for New Zealand in economic relations. Economic cooperation between Indonesia and New Zealand is increasing every year, statistics show an increase of more than 18% of the total value of trade which underpins New Zealand as a whole. Indonesia is the largest trading partner for New Zealand, New Zealand exports to Indonesia has grown and in the last six years has risen up from number 15 to be the order of 7 biggest export market and also for other cooperation.<\/li>\n
