With modus as a tourist foreign workers then enter and work illegally. The case of foreign workers, which is a problem, is that foreign workers become unskilled laborers who are generally still able to be carried out by the surrounding community, consequently can trigger conflict in local communities.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
