Description [Abstrak] : Hendrika Ma’aike Wijaya, NIM 1302045069, thesis title “Implementation Convention On The Elimination Of All Forms Of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) In Indonesia in Women’s Political Representation in Kutai Kartanegara Regency\u201d, under the guidance of Mrs. Enny Fathurachmi, S.IP, M.Si. International Relations Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Mulawarman University, 2018. The purpose of this study is for know and describe implementation ratification of CEDAW in Indonesia in women’s political representation in the Kutai Kartanegarain Regency for the period 2004 – 2014. In this study the authors used the concept of gender and the concept of public policy to carry out the analysis in this study. And to achieve the objectives of the study, the research method used is the type of descriptive research with data collection techniques through literature (library research). While for analyze data using qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of the CEDAW Convention in increasing women’s political representation in Kutai Kartanegara through Law no. 7 of 1984 concerning the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women and in the region of Kutai Kartanegara District has implemented CEDAW which can be proven legally, but in the position in the legislative seat has not been reached up to a 30% quota.<\/strong><\/li>\n
