Pupuk Kalimantan Timur di Kota Bontang.Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dengan penelitian asosiatif. Indikator penelitian ini adalah: 1. Budaya Kerja, meliputi: a. Sikap terhadap pekerjaan; b. Perilaku terhadap pekerjaan. 2. Efektivitas Kerja, meliputi: a. Kualitas kerja; b. Kuantitas kerja;c. Ketepatan waktu; d. Ketepatan dalam menentukan tujuan\/sasaran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, dan angket\/kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya kerja memiliki keterkaitan yang kuat terhadap Efektivitas kerja karyawan bagian Kompartemen Investasi Pengembangan. Hal ini dapat dilihat melalui penghitungan menggunakan rumus Korelasi Pearson Product Moment yang menyatakan nilai r adalah sebesar 0,629 dan melalui tabel nilai interpretasi koefisien korelasi menyatakan hubungan kedua variabel kuat.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
