Description [Abstrak] : his study aimed to determine the correlation of parenting parents and self regulation with achievement motivation at the students of grade VIII Junior High School 2 Samarinda. This study used a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 79 students who were selected using the random sampling technique. Data collection methods used are scale parenting parents, self regulation, and achievement motivation. The data analysis technique uses a multiple regression analysis test. Research result showed that: (1) there is a correlation of parenting parents and self regulation with achievement motivation by the F value > F table (66.129 > 3.12) and p = 0.000 (p t table (4.324 > 1.665) and p = 0.000 ( p t table (5.322> 1.665) and p = 0.000 (p <\/strong><\/li>\n
