4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to describe the sexual behavior of street children in the city of Samarinda in terms of moral development. This type of research is a type of qualitative research with phenomenology methods. Data collection methods used are interviews and observations. The method of data collection, namely through in-depth interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing or verification. The results of the study showed that the fact that the subjects in this study conducted section forms but one subject did not reach sexual relations. Section behavior is carried out by three subjects, by several factors, namely pornographic media, religion, family \/ knowledge about reproductive health, gender, PMS knowledge. This study shows the stage of moral development of the three subjects at the pre-conventional level. The stages of moral development of the subject by several factors, namely the degree of harmonization of relations between children, many models, environmental factors, the role of conscience and the role of satisfaction and shame<\/strong><\/li>\n
