Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden.Untuk mengolah data dalam bentuk statistik menggunakan software SPSS ver 22.0. Hasil pengolahan data diperoleh bahwa hasil koefisienY = 1.234 + 0.367 X1 +( -0.110) X2 + 0.188 X3 + 0.106 X4 + 0.162 X5, menunjukkan bukti fisik(b1 = 0.367), keandalan (b2 = -0.110), daya tanggap (b3 = 0.188), jaminan (b4 = 0.106) dan empati (b5 =0.162)nilai koefisien korelasi diperoleh sebesar 58,3% dan korelasi determinan sebesar 30.5 %. Pengujian hipotesis secara keseluruhan Uji F (Uji Simultan) dengan membandingkan Fhitung dengan Ftabel. Berdasarkan perhitungan Fhitung9.675&gt; Ftabel2.310 dan diperoleh hasil signifikansi 0.000 1.661) dengan tingkat signifikan 0.000,maka bukti fisikberpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, sehingga hipotesis secara parsialH0 ditolak dan Haditerima.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
