The research uses the theory of international humanitarian law as the basis of his theory to predict the rule of law on the use of ADS. From the analysis carried out it is known that there are several violations related to the destructive power and methods of use of these weapons from existing laws and there are also things that are not regulated in the rules of humanitarian law so that this study concludes that ADSs are included in the DEW category. have the potential to be made legal rule related to DEW. \n<\/strong><\/li>\n
