This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 80 employees who were selected using the simple random sampling technique. Data collection methods used are the scale of the Work Environment, work shift, and employee performance. The data analysis technique uses a multiple regression analysis test. The results showed that: (1) there was a negative and significant influence of the work environment on employee performance with the beta coefficient (\u03b2) = -0.304, and the value of t count&gt; t table (2,798&gt; 1,665) and p = 0.006 (p t table (2,545&gt; 1,665) and p value = 0,000 (p F table (3.988&gt; 3.12) and p = 0.022 (p <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
