4. Description [Abstrak] : This study was aimed to know the effect of teamwork and work satisfaction to service quality of nurse in RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda. This study used quantitative approach and used 55 nurses as the sample which were selected by using simple random sampling. Data collection technique used in this study was service quality scale, teamwork, and work satisfaction. Those three scales were arranged by likert scale and use SPSS (Statistical Packages for Social Science) 20.0 version for windows for the statistical analysis. The result og this study was showed that there was significant effect between teamwork and work satisfactory to service quality of nurse, which was f count > f table (15.832 > 3.16) and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). The contribution of the effect of teamwork dan work satisfaction to service quality was 0.365 (36.5 persen). There was significant effect of teamwork to service quality of nurse with beta coefficient (\u03b2) = 0367, and t count < t table (2.715 0.05). There was significant effect of work satisfaction to service quality of nurse with beta coefficient (\u03b2) = 0.382, and t count > t table (2.936 > 2.005 ) and p = 0.005 (p < 0.05).<\/strong><\/li>\n
