4. Description [Abstrak] : Cinderella Complex is the tendency of women to depend psychically, which is shown by their strong desire to be treated and protected other people, especially men. The aim of this study is to see the idea and factor of Cinderella Complex and partner selection preferences among early adult woman who loves Korean drama. The researcher used qualitative research method with case study approach. The researcher used purposive sampling technique with in-depth interview and observation method along with Cinderella Complex Scale used to screen the subjects. The outcome of the research shows the tendencies of Cinderella Complex on first subject, SA, where she sees herself as someone who lacks in look, mental, and intelligence. Thus cause her to wish someone with stable personality to be her husband. Second subject, JM, shows the tendency of Cinderella Complex by looking herself as fragile, weak woman with lack of confidence. Thus cause JM wishes for someone with stable personality as her husband to act as a guide and psychological support. Third subject, RW shows the tendency of Cinderella Complex by how she used to rely on her late father and her boyfriend to solve her problems. Thus cause the subject to like someone whose personality just like her late father so he could be his substitute. Fourth subject, SM shows the tendency of Cinderella Complex by obeying and following all her father\u2019s decisions and thus made her submissive. It makes her to wish someone financially stable as her husband thus she\u2019ll only be a housewife.<\/strong><\/li>\n
