4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to determine the relationship of religiosity with preparadness for retire for employes at PT.SSD sambarata village, Berau district. This study consists of two variables, the dependent variable was preparadness for retire the independent variable was religiosity. Data collected by using scale of preparedness for retire and scale of religiosity. The sample in this study were male and female employes who had worked for approximately 20 years and aged between 50-54 years old, which is 102 employes working at PT.SSD Sambarata village, Berau. The data analysed with kendall\u2019s Tau-b. The result showed that the correlation value obtained r count of 0.291, and P (sig) of 0.000. It was concluded that the value of r count> r table, and the value of sig. 0.000 <\/strong><\/li>\n
