Description [Abstrak] : This reseach aimed to explain about the reason of Russian rejection towards resolution draft of United Nations Security Council No.S\/2017\/315 about the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) and United Nations (UN) extension settlement addressing cases of attacks in Khan Sheikhoun \u2013 Southern Idlib Syria. The researcher used decision making theory. The type of reseacrh used the preparation of this thesis is library data and secondary data. The techique analysis data is qualitative analysis. The results showed that Russian rejection towards resolutions draft of UN security council No. S\/315\/2017 because of an external factors, Syria and Russia is an ally the middle east since the cold war and than Russian want to protect Syria from another countries. And then an Internally Russia is the second country in the world to make military weapons since 2017 an equipment to sell it to several countries including Syria. Syria is a regular customer for Russia.<\/strong><\/li>\n
