4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aimed to determine the impact of work shift and burnout on health and safety behavior (K3) of operational division employees at PT X in Paser Regency. This study used quantitative approach. Research subject consist of 105 employees makes researcher used purposive sampling technique. Data collection method used is K3 behavior scale, work shift and burnout. Research data was analyzed with multiple linear regression by the program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 20.0 for Windows. Research result with level of confidence 95% showed that: (1) there is positive and significant impact work shift on employees K3 behavior by the beta coefficient (\u03b2) = 0.389, t value > t table (3.966 > 1.983) and p value = 0.000 (p t table (2.311 > 1.983) and p value = 0.023 (p f table (21.534 > 3.090) and p value = 0.000 (p < 0.05). That is, the higher the value of work shift suitability and the lower the burnout on the employee, the higher the employee K3 behavior. Conversely, the lower the value of work shift suitability and the higher the burnout on the employee, the lower the K3 behavior of the employees of PT X operational division in Paser Regency. Contributions impact work shift and burnout on employees K3 behavior amounted to 0.297 (29.7 percent).<\/strong><\/li>\n
