Description [Abstrak] : <strong>This study aims to determine the relation between work family conflict and DISC personality towards burnout to married women employee in Kalimantan Timur. This study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling technic in this study used quota sampling and purposive sampling. This study subject is 200 married women employee in Kalimantan Timur. Data collection method uses ordinal scale burnout and work family conflict, and a set of psychology test that is DISC test to measure DISC personality type. Data collected is analized by kruskal wallis test and correlation kendall tau with the help of Statistical Packagefor Social Sciences (SPSS)20.0 for windows program. Study result showed that there is positive relation and significant between work family conflict by burnout through correlation kendall tau test by result R is 0.056 and significant value is 0.000 (p &lt; 0.05) and there is positive relation and significant between DISC personality type by burnout towards married women employee in Kalimantan Timur this can be seen by comparation test result kruskal wallis by significant value 0.000 (p &lt; 0.05).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
