Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward dan punishment secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F, uji T, dan uji dominan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reward dan punishment secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig. Fhitung = 0,000 0,05, X2 0,002 &gt; 0,05, dimana yang paling berpengaruh adalah variabel reward dengan hasil standardized coefficienz beta sebesar 0,639. Dari hasil penelitian mununjukkan bahwa reward dan punishment memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja sebesar 85,8%, sedangkan sisanya 14,2% ditentukan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak disertakan dalam penelitian. Adapun saran dari peneliti untuk PT. Sumber Bunga Sawit Lestari Dipenajam Paser Utara sebaiknya Karyawan harus lebih memperhatikan peraturan atau SOP yang berlaku diperusahaan tersebut apabila tidak ingin diberikan sanksi atau punishmen dan lebih meminimalisir kesalahan dalam bekerja.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
