Description [Abstrak] : Halal tourism is part of the tourism industry aimed at making it easier for Muslim tourists to carry out their activities without hesitation in halal or haram cases on what they will do or consume while on tour. Halal tourism provides the prospect of economic benefits for a country that wants to implement it. In 2011 Muslim travelers globally spent were around US$ 126 billion, its greater than the expenditure of Chinese travelers who spent as US$ 65 billion. Based on the statistical data of the global tourism industry regarding the amount of costs incurred by Muslim travelers in 2014 around US $ 142 billion.many countries are interested in implementing halal tourism, even non-Muslim countries are also interested. As a country well-known for its tourism industry, Indonesia is also interested in implementing halal tourism. Indonesia focuses on implementing halal tourism in Lombok because local governments in Lombok and communities strongly support the implementation of halal tourism. Because of this support Indonesia provides achievements at World Halal Tourism Summit 2015 and 2016 as the world leading halal tourism destination and also increases arrival of international muslim tourist to Indonesia. Lombok has also been successful in attracting foreign Muslim tourists, recorded in 2017 tourists coming to Lombok reached 3.5 million and 65% of them were foreign Muslim tourists <\/strong><\/li>\n
