Description [Abstrak] : Dual role conflict in each employee to his work starts from the feeling of self-satisfaction in the employee to the work he does and also with the presence of the perception on the self of the employees for the support given by others to his work. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and social support for dual role conflict in the Workers\u2019 Office of Public Works of East Kalimantan Province. The subject of this research is Employee Office of Public Works of East Kalimantan Province with a total sample of 100 employees. The measuring tool used in this research uses multiple role conflict scale, job satisfaction scale, and social support scale. The three scales are compiled by scaling Likert model. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction and social support for employee dual role conflict with a value of F = 29.482, R2= 0.378, and p = 0.000. On job satisfaction there is a positive and significant influence on the dual role conflict of employees with beta values = 1.021, t = 5.847, and p = 0.000. In social support there is a negative and significant influence on the dual role role conflict with beta values = -0.509, t = -2.915, and p = 0.004.<\/strong><\/li>\n
