Description [Abstrak] : This study aimed to determine the impact of transformational leadership and intrinsic motivation on compliance to rule of working hours Central of Bureau Statistic East Borneo. This study used quantiative approach. Research subject consist of 60 employees that chosen using saturation sampling method. Data collection method used in this study is compliance, transformational leadership and instrinsic motivation scale. Research data analyzed with multiple linear regression by the program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 20.0 for Windows. Research result showed that (1) there is a positive and significant impact of transformational leadership and intrinsic motivation on compliance with F value = 7.057, R2 = 0.198 and P value = 0.002. (2) there is a significant impact of transformational leadership on compliance with (\u00df) = 0.356, t = 2.959 and p value = 0.004. (3) there is a significance impact of intrinsic motivation on compliance with (\u00df) = 0.216, t = 1.798 and p value = 0.038. Contribution of transformational leadership and intrinsic motivation on compliance to rule of working hours Central of Bureau Statistic East Borneo amounted to 0.198 (19.8 percent).<\/strong><\/li>\n
