Description [Abstrak] : <strong>This research is aimed to examine empirically the presence or absence of influence of intrinsic job satisfaction and organizational justice on psychological contracts of high school\/vocational school teachers in Samarinda. The subjects of this research were the honorary teachers in Samarinda as many as 90 teachers. The measuring instrument used in this research are psychological contract scale, intrinsic job satisfaction scale, and organizational justice scale. The three scales are arranged on a Likert model scale and tested using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that there is a very significant relationship between intrinsic job satisfaction and organizational justice on psychological contracts, with the value F=11.893,R2=0.215,danp=0.000. In intrinsic job satisfaction there is a significant relationship to psychological contracts with beta values = 0.367, t = 3.421, dan p = 0.001. In organizational justice there is no significant relationship with psychological contracts with beta values = 0.160, t = 1.491, dan p = 0.140. The contribution of the influence of intrinsic job satisfaction and organizational justice on the psychological contract of high school \/ vocational honorary teachers in Samarinda is 0.215 (21.5 percent).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
