Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kemampuan usaha terhadap keberhasilan usaha amplang di Kota Samarinda. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah responden sebanyak 50 pengusaha. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh persamaan Y=5,503+0,064X1+0,164X2 dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,420 (terdapat pengaruh yang sedang). Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,0110,05. Sedangkan pada variabel kemampuan usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,030<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
