Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan bagaimana pendapat masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Sangasanga Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Yang dimaksud dengan kualitas pelayanan publik dalam penelitian ini adalah tolak ukur dari suatu pelayanan publik yang akan diberikan kepada masyarakat apakah itu baik atau buruk. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor Kecamatan Sangasanga Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat Kecamatan Sangasanga (usia dewasa) yaitu sebanyak 13.404 jiwa (2016) dengan sample 99 jiwa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriktif kuantitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan kuisioner. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pendapat masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Sangasanga dikatakan baik, hal ini di karenakan bahwa pelayanan yang ada di Kecamatan Sangasanga telah mengalami perubahan dibandingkan tahun-tahun sebelumnya.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
