4. Description [Abstrak] : The large EU migration flows in the UK caused many problems such as in the economic, social, and security sector. This research uses qualitative research methods, the type of research used is explanative descriptive type, the data presented are secondary data obtained through literature review and literature such as books, internet sites and others. Data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. Theory or concept used in this research are the concept of immigration, and the concept of negotiation. The result of an agreement on EU regulations in UK\u2019s renegotiation with EU at the European Union Summit on February 18-19 2016 from UK’s effort in EU Immigrant handling is a change that limits welfare benefits for 4 years, limits the export of child benefits, and a new mechanism in the process of deporting EU Immigrants. Special Status of the UK in dealing with EU immigrants related to restrictions on payment of welfare benefits and child benefit for 7 years. The Special Status will be created into laws that reform laws secondary EU immigration after viewing the results of the referendum on UK membership in the EU. The results of the referendum said positive Britain was out from EU membership so the law does not so implemented.<\/strong><\/li>\n
