Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis linier berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Kualitas Pelayanan, ( Bukti langsung, Kehandalan, Daya tanggap, Jaminan, dan Empati ) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig. Fhitung = 0,000 0,05, X2 0,001&gt; 0,05, dimana yang paling berpengaruh adalah Variabel Bukti langsung dengan hasil standardized coefficienz beta sebesar 0,400. Pihak karyawan Barbershop Familia agar memperhatikan kecepatan dalam melayani pelanggan dan kenyamanan konsumen selama berada di Barbershop Familia. Sebaiknya diadakan lagi pelatihan-pelatihan khusus bagi karyawan untuk menambah ketrampilan dalam melayani pelanggan sehingga pelanggan merasa puas dengan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Barbershop Familia.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
