Description [Abstrak] : <strong>This study aimed to determine the impact of work engagement and organizational communication to work family conflict in school of full day school basic at teachers in Integrated Islamic Elementary School and Middle School Cordova Samarinda. This study used quantitative approach. Research subject consist of 58 teachers makes researcher used simple random sampling technique. Data collection method used is work family conflict scale, work engagement and organizational communication. Research data was analyzed with multiple linear regression by the program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 20.0 for Windows. The results of this research showed that there was correlation and significant between work engagement and organizational communication to work family conflict in school of full day school basic by the f value &gt; f table (15.831 &gt; 3.16), and p value = 0.000 (p  t table (3.912 &gt; 2.003), and p value = 0.000 (p  t table (-3.539 &gt; 2.003) and p value = 0.001 (p &lt; 0.05).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
