Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Penelitian skripsi ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Sifat Kepemimpinan Camat terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Muara Ancalong Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kantor Kecamatan Muara Ancalong Kabupaten Kutai Timur dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 73 orang.  Data Penelitian diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian yang bersifat asosiatif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh sebab akibat dari kedua variabel yang diteliti yaitu antara sifat kemimpinan sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja pegawai sebagai variabel terikat. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yang ditemukan oleh penulis dan menunjukan bahwa Pengaruh Sifat Kemimpinan Camat Terhadap Kinerja Pengawai di Kantor Kecamatan Muara Ancalong Kabupaten Kutai Timur berdasarkan analisi korelasi (r) sebesar 0,535. sedangkan pengertian pengaruh sifat kepemimpinan dan constan sebesar 11,387 sedangkan nilai b sebesar 0,00631 sehingga persemaan regresi y= 11,387 + 0.00631 ketika terjadi peningkatan maka nilai kinerja pegawai akan meningkat sebesar 0,00631.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
