4. Description [Abstrak] : his study aims to examine the effects of crowding and adaptation to environmental stress on the community of Air Putih Urban Village of Samarinda. The subject of this research is the people of Air Putih Villaage of Samarinda as many as 276 people. Measuring tools used in this study using the scale of environmental stress, scale of crowding, and scale of adaptation. The scales are arranged with Likert model scaling and statistical analysis using the help of the computer program AMOS version 22.0. The results of this study indicate that the difficulty with environmental stress shows a C.R value of 8.622 \u2265 1.96 and a P value of 0.000 0.05 which means that adaptation has no effect on environmental stress.<\/strong><\/li>\n
