Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Penelitian ini Bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Bintang Alam Rejeki Site Tanah Merah di Samarinda. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua variable, yaitu variable gaya kepemimpinan demokratis (X) sebagai variable bebas. Variabel kinerja (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden. Untuk memperoleh data dalam bentuk statistik menggunakan software SPSS ver. 20. Hasil pengolahan data maka diperoleh hasil Persamaan Regresi yaitu Y = 5,742 + 1,076. Nilai koefisien korelasi diperoleh sebesar 82,7 % dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 68,4%. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t diketahui bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t table yaitu 11.212&gt;2.001 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Nilai ini lebih kecil dari nilai a = 5% (0,05). Hal ini berarti gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sehingga hipotesis H_(0 )ditolak dan H_(a )diterima.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
