Turn over pegawai yang cepat pada posisi CS, belum tersedianya tenaga marketing khusus terutama di bidang marketing dana, keterbatasan jumlah pegawai di beberapa KCP Bank Kaltimtara dan kesulitan PR dalam pendekatan yang lebih mendalam kepada calon nasabah. Faktor pendukung dari PR selalu menjaga, membina hubungan yang baik dan harmonis dengan nasabah, selalu melaksanakan sosialisasi tentang produk Bank Kaltimtara.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
