4. Description [Abstrak] : The purpose of this research is to find out how the picture of anxiety and welfare in employees towards retirement. The type of research used is qualitative with data collection techniques, with observation, interviews, anxiety scale. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. The results show that employees who are going to retire have anxiety that arises both physically, psychologically, as well as external factors. So that the process of achieving life prosperity for employees who will retire is to build self-acceptance, get closer to the almighty, have a plan of what will be done after retirement, build positive relationships with co-workers and the community around the residence so they can enjoy old age well in retirement.<\/strong><\/li>\n
