Description [Abstrak] : <strong>The purpose of this study is to find out the balance work life of the government honorer in Samarinda. This research used quantitative research methods. The subjects of this research were disabilities of the government honorer in Samarinda with the total of sample is 55 people. Data collection methods used the balance of work life and self-acceptance. The collected data were analyzed by a simple regression analysis test of the Statistical Package for Special Sciences (SPSS) 24.0 for Windows program. The result of this research has 95% confidence level that showed there was a significant relationship of self-acceptance with the balance of work life where r = 0.778 and p = 0.000 (p <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
