4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to determine the influence of self competence, and self confidence with career planning. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyze using multiple regression analysis to determine how much the relationship and the predictive ability of the independent variables on the dependent variable. Sample in this study is 159 student of Farm major Mulawarman University. The sample in this study obtained using simple cluster random sampling. Technique data analyze in this study using multiple regression analysis. Result of research shows that the self competence against the career planning has significant influence with the acquisition of beta = 0.682, t calculate > t table = 9.855 > 1.983, dan p = 0.000 t table = 2.739 > 1.983, dan p = 0.007 F table = 65510 > 3.150, R2 = 0.567, dan p = 0.000 < 0.050.<\/strong><\/li>\n
