Description [Abstrak] : <strong>This study aims to determine the effect of self efficacy and parental support to future oreintasi on the student of the Faculty of Economics and Business Mulawarman University. This study uses a quantitative approach . the subjects of this study were 100 students selected using stratified purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used are future orientation scales, self efficacy, and parental support. The collected data were analyzed correlation test with muliple linear regression by Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 23.0 for windows program. The result showed that there was a positive and significant influence between self efficacy with future orientation proved by beta coefficient (\u03b2) 0,278, and t value = 2,682 &gt; t table = 1,290 and value p = 0,009  t table 1.290 and p = 0,000  2,36 and p value = 0.000 &lt; 0,05. The contribution of influence (R2) of self efficacy and parental support to future orientation result is 0,519.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
