4. Description [Abstrak] : The large number of internet quota usage by teenagers and their usage that does not support this student role can be said to be consumptive behavior. Most teenagers can not control themselves to continue to buy internet quota and even do negative things to get what they want. This can be attributed to self-control. This study aims to determine the relationship of self control with student consumptive behavior. The population in this study is students of SMAN 5 Samarinda, with sampling technique is probability sampling. the method used to determine the number of samples is to use Slovin formula then obtained a sample of 259 students. Method of data retrieval by using self-control scale with rix = 0,385-0,089 and its reliability 0,876. Consumptive behavior scale with rix = 0,313-0,609 and reliability 0,887. The result of this research is it has negative relation between self control and consumtife behavior of using internet quotas package with r = -0,356, p = 0,000.<\/strong><\/li>\n
