4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to determine the relationship of dual role conflict and time management with work stress in married women who work as teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 51 people selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used are job stress scale, dual role conflict, and time management. The collected data was analyzed by Kendall\u2019s Tau test with the help of SPSS 21.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a relationship between dual role conflict with work stress indicated from the value of kendall\u2019s tau correlation of +0,489 which means having a positive relationship with moderate level. (2) there is relationship between time management with work stress shown from correlation value of kendall\u2019s tau of -0.198 indicates that there is negative relation with weak level.<\/strong><\/li>\n
