Description [Abstrak] : The research was about subjective well-being and self-acceptance of mothers who have children with Down syndrome, how a mother had a positive subjective well-being when having a child with a Down syndrome developmental disorder and self-acceptance of mother in facing a child with a Down syndrome developmental disorder. In this research used a qualitative research based on the theory proposed by Creswell with a phenomenological approach. Respondents were selected based on purposeful sampling, means that the election of subjects and informants in the research based on characteristics that have fulfilled the objectives that have been defined. The method of data collection was in-depth interviews method, with four research subjects and two informants. Antenatal service is the service that is given to a pregnant woman during her pregnancy with appropriate antenatal service standard. Antenatal service which covers the activities of the weighing weight and height measurements, measurements of blood pressure, measurement of high content of the uterus, the granting of complete tetanus immunization and drug iron tablet during pregnancy. Maternal mortality is closely related to anemia. Anemia also causes lack of physical ability because body cells doesn\u2019t quite get oxygen supply. In pregnant women, anaemia increases the frequency of complications in pregnancy and childbirth. The risk of maternal mortality, the number prematuritas, the baby\u2019s low birth weight, and increased perinatal mortality.<\/strong><\/li>\n
