The research method used is quantitative. Subjects in this study as many as 45 employees. Data collection methods used three scales: transactional leadership style scale, work climate scale, and scale of performance with Likert scale model. Sampling of the research using saturated sampling technique, The collected data were analyzed by gradual model regression test and full model with the help of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 20.0 for Windows program. The results of this study show that (1) work climate and leadership style with employee performance showed the influence, with the value obtained from multiple regression test Fcount &gt; Ftable (12.231&gt; 3.20), R = 0.368, and p value <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
