Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis- IPA (Analisis tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor tingkat kepentingan (Y) sebesar 4.31 dan rata-rata skor kinerja (X) sebesar 3.97. Hasil tingkat kepuasan konsumen pada Kafe Vinz Ice Cream masuk dalam kategori puas diketahui berdasarkan perhitungan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) sebesar 79.50%, yaitu pada rentang 66% \u2013 80.99%. Dengan demikian atribut dari Kafe Vinz Ice Cream dapat dikatakan sudah memuaskan konsumennya.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
