Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap efektivitas kerja dosen pada Program Studi Administrasi Negara di Fisip Unmul. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, angket dan pendokumentasian. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja dosen di bidang pendidikan dan pengajaran pada Program Studi Administrasi Negara di Fisip Unmul, dimana setiap kenaikan motivasi sebesar 1% akan menaikkan efektivitas kerja sebesar 5,5%. Dengan demikian, apabila motivasi ditingkatkan, baik motivasi intern dan ekstern, maka efektivitas kerja dosen di bidang pendidikan dan pengajaran pun akan mengalami peningkatan.<\/li>\n<li><strong> 5.
