Rumah makan ayam bakar Wong Solo adalah salah satu bisnis kuliner dengan sistem usaha waralaba\/frianchise. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada rumah makan ayam bakar Wong Solo di Samarinda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Produk (X1) dan Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada rumah makan ayam bakar Wong Solo di Samarinda (Y). Dan secara parsial diketahui bahwa variabel Kualitas produk (X1) dan variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (Y) terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada rumah makan ayam bakar Wong Solo di Samarinda.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
