Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Penelitian ini Bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pembagian Kerja Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan Cleaning Service Pada PT. Atalian Global Service di Samarinda. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua variable, yaitu variable Pembagian Kerja (X) sebagai variable bebas. Variabel Efektivitas Kerja (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 31 responden. Untuk memperoleh data dalam bentuk statistik menggunakan software SPSS ver. 24. Hasil pengolahan data maka diperoleh hasil Persamaan Regresi yaitu Y = 14,424 + 0,569. Nilai koefisien korelasi diperoleh sebesar 60,1 % dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 36,1%. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t diketahui bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t table yaitu 4,044&gt;2.045 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Nilai ini lebih kecil dari nilai a = 5% (0,05). Hal ini berarti Pembagian Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan, sehingga H0  ditolak dan H1 diterima. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
