Kinerja Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur sangat berpengaruh terhadap pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Sebuah kinerja sangat dibutuhkan sebagai kekuatan atau pendorong yang akan mewujudkan keberhasilan suatu orgaisasi.<br \/>\nHasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh\/hubungan yang positif antara penempatanpegawai yang tepat  terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Perkebunan provinsi Kalimantan Timur , hal ini dibuktikan bahwa Penempatan merupakan salah satu faktor  yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai yang dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian menunjukan persentase 81,22 % dan yang sisanya 18,78 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor \u2013 faktor lain.\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"fm-item-penerbit\"> <strong> 5.
