4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aimed to determine the impact of school headmaster leadership and work environment toward teacher work dicipline in SMK Negeri 7 Samarinda. This research used quantitative method. The sample in this study include 54 teacher. Data collecting method used work dicipline scale, leadership scale, and work environment scale with likert scale model. The data collected were analyzed with regression analysis with the help of the program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 20.0 for Windows 7. These results indicate that there is an impact of school headmaster leadership and work environment toward teacher work dicipline in SMK Negeri 7 Samarinda with R = 0.421, F hitung = 5.504 (F hitung > F tabel = 3.18), R2 = 0.178, and p = 0.007 (p t tabel = 2.007), and p = 0.031 (p <\/strong><\/li>\n
