4. Description [Abstrak] : Iceland and China\u2019s trade relationship has been established for a long time, but trade with China continues make iceland deficit due greater imports than its exports. Despite the deficit then not hinder Iceland to cooperate Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with China that has the potential to increase the deficit of Iceland. But the fact is Icelandic interests are to be achieved through FTA cooperation with China is to boost its economy by utilizing the removal of barriers on trade in services which can then increase its exports. In addition to the regulations regarding the rule of origin of products in accordance with the originating goods eligible for tariff concessions allow Iceland to attract investment from members of the EU and the US. Iceland and China FTA also used as an attempt to draw closer to China for researching the TSR pathway for being a future transit port that will link countries in Asia and Europe.<\/strong><\/li>\n
