Sandhy Putra Makmur di Samarinda. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan mendeskripsikan tentang fenomena yang terjadi oleh subjek penelitian. Subjek penelitian ini berupa key informan yang terdiri dari security laki-laki dan security perempuan, dan informan ialah karyawan. Data-data yang disajikan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, berupa buku, referensi, observasi, wawancara, internet dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah dengan model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, menunjukkan bahwa harapan dan keinginan dari karyawan ternyata didasari oleh jenis kelamin. Sehingga, ada perbedaan jenis kelamin dalam kepuasan kerja petugas security PT. Sandhy Putra Makmur di Samarinda.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
