Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada sejumlah Pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Samarinda. Kesimpulan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja dan penempatan pegawai secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Samarinda. Secara parsial juga berpengaruh antara kepuasan kerja dan penempatan pegawai terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Samarinda hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah variabel kepuasan kerja. Saran yaitu pimpinan Instansi diharapkan menempatkan pegawai sesuai pengetahuan, dan keterampilan sehingga pegawai mencapai kinerja yang lebih baik. Selain itu pimpinan memberi perhatian terhadap peningkatan pegawai.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
