4. Description [Abstrak] : This research purposed for know about the effect self efficacy and autonomy toward the success of business member of Tangan Di Atas (TDA) community members Samarinda. This research used quantitative research method, that is regression. Method of data collection is used Likert scale. The subject in this research is Tangan Di Atas (TDA) community members Samarinda who have business and still run it on with the total number of sample was 60 members. Data analysis technique used by this research is regression analysis with the help of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 20.0 program for Windows. Results of the research showed that self efficacy toward success of business has significant influence with the acquisition of beta = 0.275, t calculate > t table = (2.162 > 2.002), and p = 0.035 t table = (3.087 > 2.002), and p = 0.003 F table = (15.016 > 3.150), R2 = 0.345, and p = 0.000 < 0.050.<\/strong><\/li>\n
